HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will handle the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing primarily on hiring for the BPO and Call Center sectors. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting onboarding processes. The position is office-based and requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple hiring needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities specifically for BPO and Call Center hiring.
- Post job vacancies across various platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ communication skills.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Collect and organize candidate documents and records for compliance.
- Assist with onboarding and coordinate training sessions for new hires.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably within the BPO or Call Center industry.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with recruitment reporting tools.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic HR team in a fast-paced environment. The position is based in-office, requiring the candidate to be present on-site to manage recruitment activities effectively.
