Cold Calling Agents/Team Lead

HR Solutions is seeking a dedicated Cold Calling Agents/Team Lead to join our dynamic team based in PIA/Johar Town Lahore. This role involves leading a team of 50 cold calling agents, driving effective lead generation, maintaining customer relationships, and overcoming objections through proven cold calling techniques. The ideal candidate has between six months to three years of experience in cold calling and customer relationship management and is ready for immediate joining. The team lead will be responsible for managing team performance, providing guidance, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. The Cold Calling Agents/Team Lead plays a crucial role in streamlining customer communications and boosting the efficiency of lead conversion through strong CRM software proficiency and strategic management of the outreach process. With a focus on teamwork, motivation, and operational excellence, this position requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of energy and commitment to quality customer engagement.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 50 cold calling agents, ensuring high performance and achievement of sales targets.
Develop and implement effective cold calling strategies to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate team members daily activities and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
Train and coach agents on cold calling techniques, objection handling, and CRM software usage to enhance efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM software.
Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
Analyze team performance metrics and prepare regular reports to identify areas for improvement and recognize achievements.
Coordinate with other departments to align cold calling campaigns with overall business objectives.
Resolve escalated customer issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain a positive and motivating team environment to encourage productivity and morale.
