We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on HR Specialist with strong expertise in payroll processing, HRIS management, and overall HR operations. The successful candidate will independently manage HR processes, maintain accurate employee records, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role demands a proactive approach to ensure smooth HR functions and contribute to continuous process improvements within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly payroll processing, including payroll inputs, validation, reconciliation, and finalization to guarantee timely and accurate salary payments. Maintain and administer the HRIS system, ensuring that employee records and HR data are accurate, current, and compliant with company policies. Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and all employee lifecycle transactions such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and offboarding.

Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards, conducting employee data analysis to support management in decision-making. Coordinate with HR vendors to manage service delivery, verify invoices, and ensure timely payment processing. Support employee benefits administration and claims processing. Collaborate with HRIS and payroll vendors to troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all employee and payroll data. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational workflows.

Required Qualifications

3 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR, with a focus on payroll processing, HRIS administration, and HR operations. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field (such as BBA, BS, MBA, MA, or MS) is required. Strong proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis is essential.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive information. Strong problem-solving skills and a process-oriented mindset are necessary to succeed in this role. Effective communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders are also important. Experience in data management, reporting, and vendor coordination is required.
