The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting daily human resource functions to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. This role encompasses a wide range of activities including recruitment, employee relations, attendance tracking, performance evaluations, training coordination, payroll assistance, policy enforcement, and compliance with organizational standards. The HR Specialist will also play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the company’s overall growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, selecting suitable applicants, and onboarding new employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files to ensure data integrity. Monitor employee attendance, leave requests, and probation period confirmations to support workforce management. Coordinate payroll inputs, salary adjustments, and employee benefits in collaboration with the Finance Department to ensure timely and accurate compensation. Assist in conducting performance evaluations, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting employee development programs. Handle employee relations matters such as disciplinary actions and grievance resolution, ensuring all issues are addressed professionally and promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable labor laws and regulations. Plan and organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR-related events to promote a positive workplace culture. Prepare HR reports, employment letters, contracts, and other official documentation as required. Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned by management to support overall HR functions.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in human resources or a similar role. A solid understanding of recruitment processes, HR operations, labor legislation, and performance management systems is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are necessary to succeed in this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) are also required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Master’s degree in a related discipline is considered an advantage. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs90,000. This role requires working on-site at the company’s location.
