HR & Supervisor (Female)

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Female HR Officer to join our team in a fully remote role. This position centers on managing the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of teachers to ensure smooth operations within our educational environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining clear communication with staff and parents. This role requires dedication to supporting educational staff and fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire teacher hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and final selection.
- Manage teacher onboarding and training programs, along with day-to-day coordination to effectively support staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including attendance, staff data, and salary information.
- Monitor teacher performance and promptly address any staff concerns to promote a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with teachers and parents to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Quran classes.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidate with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of Islam is essential; having Hafiza or Tajweed qualifications is an advantage.
- Willingness to work evening or night shifts.
- Access to a laptop and reliable internet connection for remote work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
