HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist – Call Center

Royal BPO, located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, is seeking an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and handling daily HR operations within a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably within a BPO or call center setting, and must be confident, organized, and able to work independently during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using platforms such as Indeed, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and perform candidate assessments.
- Coordinate final interviews with management and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Recruit for various roles including call center agents, sales representatives, customer service staff, and team leaders.
- Prepare and publish effective job advertisements.
- Maintain recruitment records and regularly update the candidate database.
- Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and hiring targets.

HR Operations:
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance and leave tracking.
- Assist with employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate communication between staff and management.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Help implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates for management.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Perform other HR-related duties as required.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Prior experience in call center or BPO HR/recruitment is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- Knowledge of employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and HR procedures.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common recruitment platforms.
- Capability to work independently during night shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
