Our Client builds software for contact centers - Cisco UCCE, UCCX or PCCE, or Freeswitch/ FusionPBX.
- They provide CTI integration with Oracle Siebel or Oracle Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and SAP Interaction Center, adding multimedia collaboration channels and media routing such as Chat over any chat channel (SMS, Whatsapp, Viber, Facebook Messenger)l, as well as multimedia outbound campaigns.
- They also provide solutions for call center supervisors, tools to plan, track and score customer interactions, finesse gadgets, reporting solutions, and wallboards.
- Understand business requirements and the product vision to articulate product requirements in a Product Backlog.
- Write detailed User stories with meticulous details, business flow, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with the customer and the operations team to finalize and approve business stories for the development
- Understand the product vision and study competitors comprehensively
- Give technical and strategic input to the Product Manager and the company to help decide a way forward for the Product
- Conduct scheduled meetings with the Software Development team for scheduling the development of the stories.
- Participate in Sprint reviews to accept or reject implemented stories
- Participate in daily SCRUM meetings.
