Job Requirements and Skills:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Bark, Fiverr, Upwork.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets of at least $5000.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree with proficiency in English, market knowledge communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated success in marketing roles, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends.

(Note)

It would be office based 9 am to 6 pm in Karachi. the incumbent will be supposed to work two hours at night from 10-12 or 11-1 and six hours in day shift. the day time is flexible.

He can choose any time between 9am-6 pm (10-4 or 11-5) but has to complete straight 6 working hours in day shift

Timings: 6 hours in a day (9 am till 6 pm) Onsite, 2 hours in the night 10 pm till 12 am Remote.
