• Development and maintenance of strong and trustworthy relationships with all assigned key Accounts.
  • Grow the portfolio by adding more partners and the MOM growth of partner transactions.
  • Analysis and identification of partner needs and growth opportunities.
  • Identify and implement newer value-add initiatives and proactively find solutions for any operational bottlenecks.
  • Own and ensure the execution of marketing calendars agreed with Key Accounts.
  • Graduate Key Accounts on the short- and long-term company strategy.
  • Focus on ensuring that we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight.
  • Drive client retention and client satisfaction. Maintain visibility and communication across & report on progress to the management team.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly initiatives to internal & external stakeholders.
  • Additional tasks/projects as they arise.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant.
  • Acute sense of responsibility and can take ownership of the function.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven can perform basic analysis.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
  • You are driven and ambitious with good communication.
  • You are very proactive and could lead independent projects.
  • Has the ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.

Job Details:
