Digital Marketing Analyst

This role presents an exciting opportunity to apply your advanced knowledge in Marketo to complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A successful candidate will possess a profound understanding of lead conversion, lead scoring, sales lifecycle management, segmentation, and data management, translating that knowledge into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns in Marketo Engage, ensuring effective segmentation and targeting to maximize engagement.
Development and management of lead scoring models and nurturing programs.
Create smart lists for segmentation in Marketo, the entire database needs to be segmented properly
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead flow from Marketo to Salesforce.
Create, test, and optimize landing pages, forms, and emails for improved performance.
Analyze campaign performance and generate reports on KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
Assist with Marketo integrations with other systems such as ZoomInfo, NeverBounce, Qualified.
Implement UTM parameters effectively for tracking campaign performance across different channelsStay up to date on best practices for Marketo and marketing automation tools.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of hands-on experience working with Marketo Engage.
Solid understanding of marketing automation principles, including lead management, segmentation, and nurturing.Experience with email marketing best practices and A/B testing.
Familiarity with Salesforce and integrating Marketo with CRM systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:Marketo Certified Expert (MCE).
Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email and landing page customization.
