Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records for the organization.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and yearly budget reports.
- Ensure that all financial transactions meet the required financial regulations and standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform financial analysis and forecasting to identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the organization.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for the management team and stakeholders.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team to support decision-making.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in finance and accounting.
- Understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
