Job Description:

  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation

  • Verification of documents, employee relations, Filling documents, NDA Singing

  • Maintenance of Payslips, Payment Invoices, HR Reports, and Performance Management are all included in the paperwork and personnel files.

  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off.

  • Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures

  • Keep thorough job descriptions and organizational charts, as well as compensation records.

  • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
