WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Integration of data storage solutions may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.
- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, Yii, etc depending on your technology stack Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
