We are seeking a passionate, diligent, ambitious, and reliable Senior Graphic & Video Designer Branding, Motion & Digital Content Creator to join us. We are offering a full-time position (Karachi Office), excellent working conditions, and career progression, working closely with the Director and SEO Manager!
The role
- Conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality animations and motion graphics for use across digital campaigns, social media, and video platforms.
- Edit and assemble video content that aligns with the brand tone and meets campaign objectives.
- Design both static and animated assets for digital, web, and occasional print applications.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of all content.
- Ensure all visual outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels.
- Manage multiple projects at once, balancing efficiency with a keen attention to detail.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions and fresh ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a cutting-edge creative output.
The right person for the role will need:
5+ years experience in animation, video editing, and graphic design.
- Proven expertise in developing innovative motion graphics that elevate campaign messaging and resonate with target audiences.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Working knowledge of Figma
- Experience in leading end-to-end production of video and motion graphic assets, including storyboarding, editing and post-production.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific design and video requirements, ensuring that content is optimised for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of content production while maintaining quality
- In-depth knowledge of design trends, styles and innovative techniques to produce cutting-edge visual content.
