Upwork Bidder

We are looking for a Business Development Team Player with a strong background in software development services and hands-on experience in the Upwork bidding process. The ideal candidate should have a technical understanding of software development, a proven track record of winning projects, and the ability to communicate our solutions effectively to global clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the bidding process on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored software solutions.
Write well-structured, convincing proposals and follow up with potential clients.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate capabilities into client-friendly language.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.

Requirements:

2 - 3 years of experience in business development within the software development industry.
Proven success in winning and managing projects via Upwork.
Solid understanding of web/app development, cloud services, and other digital solutions.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive mindset, team player, and goal-oriented.
Based in Islamabad or willing to relocate (preferred).
