HRBP（Recruitment）

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a large manufacturing organization. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating candidates, negotiating offers, conducting background checks, and coordinating onboarding. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand manpower needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This position requires a hands-on approach to talent acquisition, with a focus on building strong talent pipelines and enhancing recruitment processes to support current and future business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, background verification, and onboarding coordination.
- Handle recruitment across multiple functions such as Sales & Commercial (Sales, Channel, Retail, Marketing), Corporate Functions (HR, Administration, Finance, Supply Chain), and Manufacturing & Technical (Production, Quality, Engineering, Technical, Warehouse, Logistics, After-sales Service).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Proactively source and attract qualified candidates, especially for key, senior, technical, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Develop and maintain diverse recruitment channels including LinkedIn, job portals, headhunters, universities, referrals, and industry networks.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions to support business expansion initiatives.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Track recruitment progress and key performance metrics, continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the development and optimization of recruitment processes, interview standards, and talent assessment methodologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience working in a large manufacturing company is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit across Sales/Commercial, Corporate Functions, and Engineering/Technical/Manufacturing roles.
- Strong sourcing skills with a solid understanding of the Pakistan recruitment market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience in automotive, motorcycle/electric vehicle, electronics, home appliances, machinery, or other large manufacturing industries.
- Background in supporting new company setups, factory setups, or rapid organizational expansion.
- Previous experience working in a Chinese company is highly preferred.
- Mandarin or Chinese language skills will be considered a strong advantage.
- Established talent network in Lahore and the Punjab region.

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven recruitment professional who can not only manage recruitment processes efficiently but also actively source talent, understand business needs, and build recruitment capabilities from the ground up.

Salary Range: PKR 150,000 to 300,000 per month.
