HRIS & Systems Integration Consultant – Agentic AI - Onsite Islamabad

We are expanding our Workday Developer team and seeking skilled professionals with expertise in HRIS, cloud technologies, systems integration, and modern AI capabilities. This role involves designing and developing Workday solutions and integrations, connecting enterprise systems through APIs and cloud platforms, and leveraging Agentic AI to automate and enhance HR and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain HRIS platforms to support essential HR functions such as onboarding, payroll, attendance, and performance management.
- Design and implement integrations between HR systems and other business applications, including ERP, finance, and IT systems, using APIs.
- Identify opportunities to apply Agentic AI for automating repetitive HR tasks and workflows, such as query handling, data entry, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot system issues, resolve data discrepancies, and address integration failures promptly.
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy standards across all integrated systems.
- Document system configurations, integration workflows, and standard operating procedures thoroughly.
- Provide training and ongoing support to users of HRIS tools to maximize adoption and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Practical experience with Agentic AI, including building, configuring, or working with AI agents and automation tools.
- Hands-on experience in HRIS implementation and configuration.
- Proficiency in systems and API integration, including REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes and data structures.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Odoo, Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP platforms.
- Exposure to other ERP systems is considered an advantage.
