Civil / Architectural Draftsman

HRN Construction Group is seeking a proficient Civil / Architectural Draftsman with solid experience in building design and drafting. This role demands a skilled professional who excels in creating precise technical drawings and models using AutoCAD and other relevant software. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma, B.Tech, or DAE in Civil/Architecture and brings 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial building projects. Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and regulatory standards such as CDA / Islamabad building bylaws will be highly beneficial. The successful applicant will work independently without managing a team but will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction personnel to ensure designs are accurate and compliant. Strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of modern architectural design principles, exterior elevations, and structural drafting are essential. Proficiency in both 2D and 3D modeling is required to support efficient project delivery and high-quality outputs.
Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
Develop and modify 2D and 3D models to represent building designs accurately for residential and commercial constructions.
Interpret architectural design concepts and translate them into technical drawings that follow construction standards and regulatory codes.
Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and construction teams to review and finalize design details and materials.
Ensure compliance with building bylaws, especially focusing on CDA and Islamabad regulations where applicable.
Utilize technical knowledge to suggest improvements in building designs, materials, and methods tailored to project requirements.
Maintain up-to-date records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation with strong attention to detail.
Provide timely support during different phases of construction by clarifying designs and assisting in troubleshooting onsite.
Continuously update skills and knowledge, staying current with advancements in architectural design software and building technology.
Follow established quality assurance procedures to verify the accuracy and completeness of drafts before submission.
