HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Gym Trainer with at least 2 years of experience to join their fitness team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing fitness assessments to evaluate client health, fitness levels, and goals.
- Develop and implement customized exercise programs that accommodate individual client needs and limitations.
- Demonstrate the correct use of gym and fitness equipment ensuring client safety at all times.
- Provide motivation and guidance to clients to promote adherence to fitness programs and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Monitor client progress and adjust exercise routines to optimize outcomes and address challenges.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and nutrition basics.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the gym area and equipment in compliance with safety standards.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques to continually enhance training offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding overtime, bonuses, leaves, and statutory benefits.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals and support staff to coordinate client care and gym operations.
