• Providing trainings and support to staff at various distributors.
  • Providing support related to all flavors of SnD System, including but not limited to, SnD Classic, SnD Lite, RVS, Report Portal BI tool etc.
  • Windows installation and tuning, printer configuration, removing viruses, installing and configuring antivirus etc.
  • Configuration of handheld devices for use with all flavors of SnD systems
  • Execution of UPDs at distribution systems.
  • Addition and deletion of POPs at distributor systems as per approval from concerned authorities.
  • Providing trainings to DSRs, RSRs, field force and other users.
  • Providing support through Team Viewer.
  • Traveling to distributor location to provide training and support
  • Ensuring updated antivirus is installed and effectively working at distributor servers.
  • Learning new tools in order to ensure effective system support and implementation.
  • Developing and conducting training for users and newly hired staff.
  • Close coordination with Central Helpdesk team, Zonal team and Distributor staff.
  • Using the Helpdesk System tool to monitor, track and respond to issues and tasks till their completion.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduation with computer courses and training.
  • Knowledge of Helpdesk functions.
  • Strong Business Knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution systems.
  • Strong communication, training and documentation skills.

Experience

  • 1+ years’ experience working in the Sales / IT department of an FMCG organization.
  • 1+ years’ experience working in the IT Helpdesk team.
