Industry: Multinational Pharmaceutical Sector
Location: Clifton
Job Type: Yearly Contract (HRSG)
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure Prequalification of firm, prepare bids for Govt Institutions & Rate contract agreement for Private Institutions and Armed force Institutes. Coordinate with Global Tender & Contract Team to ensure supplies of imported products.
- Liaison with Pricing team for prior approval of competitive rates for preparation of financial proposal.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Business Finance, Pricing, Customer Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance for documentation, pricing, legal contracts, ensuring stocks supplies, complying with company SOPs and government rules regarding pricing and discounts and data management.
- Monitor the record of all Call Deposit Receipts, Bank Guarantee and ensure timely submission and as well as it’s recoveries from Govt. Institutions.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain
Experience:
Minimum 06 Months 01 Year with Pharma background preferred.
