Position: Assistant Manager/Manager (Investment Banking, Syndications & Advisory Department) IBSA (X 2)
Required Qualification and Key Skills:
- Qualification:
MBA / BBA / BS (Finance / Economics) or equivalent from a recognized local or foreign university / institute with minimum experience of 2 to 4 years in a Financial Institution.
- Key Skills:
- Target oriented with ‘can –do attitude’
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Relationship management, Financial / Credit Analysis, Marketing, Credit initiation, Financial Modeling, Presentation skills.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse and present information / data for analysis/ evaluation/ assessment and processing of credit proposal
- Assisting in transaction structuring in relation to financing / investment activities
- Business Development, Client Management
- Delivering presentations, making presentations
- Working / data entry on software
