Position: Assistant Manager Research/Learning
Location: Karachi
- Plan, coordinate/manage and conduct research activities qualitative and quantitative as per project requirement
- Implement the study design process for all research activities and act as a primary point person for all research activities
- Support & oversee in performance in subcontracting external research agencies as and when required
- Analyze & report data from studies, disseminate information to relevant stakeholders (internal and external)
- Assist the Senior Manager RMEL in developing and writing program/research reports suitable for a variety of audiences including internal non-M&E staff, project partners, donor, and international forums.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in social sciences and/or Master’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences or any related field will be a plus
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience in research and learning- development sector experience would be a plus
- Intermediate data analysis skills including proficiency in using and generating analytical reports from statistical software such as SPSS and Stata
- Passionate about working on international health and development, with a focus on all reproductive health issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
