Associate – BizRisk Team

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our BizRisk team as an Associate. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of listings on the Lazada platform by evaluating whether seller-uploaded listings are compliant with platform policies or in violation.

Key Responsibilities:

Review product listings submitted by sellers and determine if they are in line with Lazada's listing guidelines.
Accurately identify violations such as counterfeit, banned, or misleading content.
Leverage product and brand knowledge to judge the legitimacy and appropriateness of listed items.
Conduct independent research when necessary to validate listing details.
Ensure consistency and quality in evaluations through adherence to internal SOPs.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Candidates with O levels / A levels or Fresh Graduates.
Language Proficiency: B1 or B2 English level.
Strong product knowledge across various categories and brands.
High level of creativity and investigative thinking.
Excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results under tight deadlines.
Good communication and comprehension skills.
