Education: Minimum graduation in business/commerce from an HEC recognized institution. Master’s in business/commerce would be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that service requirements of walk-in / new to the bank customers as well as existing customers are timely fulfilled.
- Able to understand the customer’s banking requirements and then guide the customers through product presentations for choosing proper products and services
- To make sure that all documents as per the regulatory requirements / internal policies are obtained from customers from time to time.
- Ensuring maintenance of relationships with branch’s high net worth clients.
- Ensuring branch ambiance is of the highest standards.
- To facilitate the customers in account opening and fulfill all required due diligence formalities
- To ensure compliance with AML/CFT policies in all stages of customer relationship

Strong command over related regulatory policies, Good spoken and written business English, Service mindset, Emotional Intelligence, Complaint Management
