Satisfying the customers at the store by answering their queries and complaints as per Company SOPs.
- Writing emails, generating complaints as and when required.
- Handling customers by using soft skills.
- Manage the after sales flow for walk in customers.
- Learning all the Systems and Processes as and when guided.
- Educate the customer on company and all marketing related material.
- Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPI as per target assigned.
Requirement:
- Logistics/Inventory/E-commerce experience is a plus.
- Internship in relevant field.
Eligibility Criteria/Qualification:
- Education : Must have Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
- Skills / Abilities : Must have excellent/professional written and Oral English.
- Professional Certification : Plus point if candidate has certification on logistics and supply chain.
