HRSI is looking for Non-Food Department Worker for one its leading client.

Job Descripation

1. Stocking & Merchandising

Unpack, sort, and stock shelves with non-food items (e.g., clothing, electronics, homeware).
Ensure correct placement of price labels and promotional signage.
Maintain attractive and organized displays in accordance with company standards.

2. Inventory & Replenishment

Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or missing items to supervisors.
Assist in receiving and processing deliveries.
Perform stock counts and help with inventory audits as needed.

3. Customer Service

Greet and assist customers in locating non-food items.
Answer product-related questions or refer customers to supervisors when necessary.
Handle customer complaints or returns in a polite and professional manner.

4. Cleanliness & Safety

Keep aisles and product areas clean, safe, and free of obstacles.
Ensure shelves are tidy and products are properly faced.
Follow health and safety guidelines while handling goods or equipment.
