KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The new hire will support in learning and development phase for logistics employees by ramping up new hires and training the existing resources for better job performance and productivity.
- Create training material (video, ppt, pdf) for different functions of Operations that are aligned with the organization’s objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are. (the content and videos are shared by Regional L&D Team. But, will be finalized by local ops departments)
- Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development.
- Creating and managing student profiles, courses, reports and course material in dOps Academy
- Maintain training data record for all ventures.
- Monitor and evaluate training assessment reports and publish results periodically.
- Maintain a repository of training material along with the SOP and ensure they remain upto date.
- Update the existing training material into interactive content.
- To identify current skill level of staff and further improve with monthly skill matrix trainings, employee growth trend and gap analysis.
- Deep dive current training data and propose new initiatives for developing employees
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Power-Point and other visual tools.
