One of our client in FMCG Sector is looking for Territory Sales Supervisor

Job purpose

  • Promote sells orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach

Main responsibilities and key tasks

  • Provide accurate product details to customers and keep them updated with offerings
  • Keep all necessary & required data for sales and respective market updated as per routine
  • Approach potential customers, organize market visits to demonstrate/present company products
  • Identify new areas and business opportunities and develop them
  • Responsible to achieve Sales targets for Primary & Secondary respectively.
  • Keep manager updated with market trend and intelligence
  • Manage customer complaints with professional norms and as per company standards
  • Market Visit Plan development and implementation.
  • Support in Screening and hiring of Order Bookers / Merchandiser / Brand Ambassadors
  • Capability development of distributors and distributor workforce
  • Effective utilization of promotional budget by distributor and DSR
  • Effective utilization of subsidies provided to the distributor i.e.
  • Weekly reporting on all KPI’s to the Manager
  • Management of all Co. assets including POS material
  • Ensure effective Implementation of Sales software at distributor end

Location: Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, Gujranwala, Peshawar City and Gujrat.

Job requirements

  • University Graduation from Commerce / Marketing / Business Administration etc.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
  • Proficiency in MS Office program
  • Good command of English and effective communication skills

Job complexity and challenges

  • Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within assigned territory

Accountability and scope factors

  • Approach potential customers, organize market visits. Demonstrate/present company products
  • Identify new areas and business opportunities and develop them
  • Cover all shops in market during visits within a month as per business target
  • Provide accurate product details to customers and keep them updated with offerings
  • Keep all necessarily required data for sales and market, updated as per routine
  • Keep his manager updated with market trend and intelligence
  • Manage customer complaints with professional norms and as per company standards

Comp. & Benefits Details :

  • PKR 45,000 - 55,000 (Monthly Gross Salary)
  • PKR 2,000 (Bike Allowance)
  • PKR 1,500 (Mobile Allowance)
  • 100 liters Fuel (as per value)
  • Sales Incentive at 25% of Annual Gross Salary (paid out on quarterly basis)
