We are an established real estate developer in Dubai looking to hire an exceptional, highly technical Senior Project Manager to oversee our building developments from execution to handover.

We are specifically seeking senior engineering talent with strong structural/civil foundations and proven project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: B.E. / B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in civil/structural construction management, project scheduling, and contractor administration.

Technical Skills: Strong command over site execution, structural systems, MEP integration, authority procedures, and consultant/contractor management.

Location: Based in Karachi or open to Dubai relocation / rotational travel as required.

Prior experience with GCC/Dubai building standards or high-rise/residential developments is a strong advantage.

Primary Responsibilities:

Act as the Developer’s primary representative overseeing site progress, quality control, and contractor performance.
Drive project timelines, manage variations, and coordinate seamlessly with supervision consultants and main contractors.
Ensure strict adherence to building codes, safety protocols, and technical specifications.
