We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Fire Protection and Prevention (FPF), or Emergency Medical and Public Safety (EMPS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of relevant experience and possess deep expertise in disaster risk management, emergency medical services science, threat assessment, and hazard mitigation planning. This role is critical for ensuring the safety and resilience of our operations within the Premier Group of Companies, specifically at Premier Industrial Chemical Manufacturing Co. (Pvt.) Ltd., located in Sheikhupura, Pakistan. The position requires full-time, in-person commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee disaster risk management initiatives to minimize potential hazards and ensure preparedness across all company operations.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve emergency medical services protocols and response strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive threat assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures.
- Design and maintain hazard mitigation plans that comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including safety officers, emergency management directors, and disaster recovery specialists to enhance public safety measures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations and standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on emergency preparedness and response procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Fire Protection and Prevention (FPF), Emergency Medical and Public Safety (EMPS), or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in relevant roles such as Emergency Management Director, Disaster Recovery Specialist, or Public Safety Officer.
- Demonstrated expertise in disaster risk management, emergency medical services science, threat assessment, and hazard mitigation planning.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing safety and emergency response programs.
