We are seeking a dedicated Fire and Safety Officer to join our team, responsible for ensuring a safe working environment within warehouse premises. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fire safety operations, particularly in industrial settings such as warehouses, textiles, or manufacturing units. This role involves monitoring safety protocols, maintaining fire-fighting equipment, and conducting regular training and drills to prepare staff for emergency situations. Attention to detail and the ability to identify potential hazards are essential to maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce fire and safety regulations throughout the warehouse premises.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Ensure all fire-fighting equipment is functional and maintained according to safety standards.
- Organize and conduct fire drills and safety awareness sessions for warehouse staff to enhance preparedness.
- Identify potential fire and safety hazards and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Maintain detailed safety logs, inspection reports, and records of any incidents.
- Coordinate effectively with management during emergency situations to ensure swift response.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local safety regulations and internal company policies.
- Supervise the proper storage and handling of flammable or hazardous materials to minimize risks.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in fire and safety operations, preferably within warehouse, textile, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Practical experience in handling fire safety equipment and executing emergency procedures is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Diploma or certification in Fire Safety, NEBOSH, IOSH, or formal Fire Fighting Training will be highly preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 45,000 to Rs 65,000.
- Work location requires in-person attendance, ensuring direct supervision and hands-on management of safety protocols.
