- Managing and maintaining store inventories, stock levels and delivery times.
- Review daily sale summary of assigned store and replenish the stock timely
- Coordinating with the supply chain office regarding distribution of the products on timely basis and receiving of the new consignments
- Closely monitoring the performances of each and every category
- Performing item creations procedures and price updates
- Weekly update sale/stock reports
- Preparing target status sharing with the stores
- Managing transfers
- Preparing reports whenever required
- Daily monitoring stores capacities category wise, filling the gaps as per requirements and preparing the reports accordingly
- Coordinating with the store on daily basis
- Work on all sale summaries
- Follow ups for the drops on weekly basis
- Assisting in COD process
- Preparing stock Capacity Reports & display Capacity Reports
- Coordinate with distribution on daily basis for replenishments and movements
- Visit stores whenever required
- Arranging stocks whenever required
- Working on movement plans
- Making trend analysis reports, damaged article reports, QC issue reports (if required) and sale analysis reports
- Assist in item creations procedures and price updates
- Participating in promotional activities whenever required
- Coordinating and assisting team on daily basis
