- To manage all office related activities on daily basis efficiently
- Check the cleaning of Office on daily basis Oversee procurement, maintenance of premises and equipment (i.e. Office Equipment, Generator, ACs, Security System, CCTV, PABX, and Telephone Lines)
- Timely provide all documents including new hiring documents, leave application and other documents to head office
- Entertaining all official guests in a professional manner
- Keep proper record of office stationary and issuance of stationary on demand to employees
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports for management as and when required basis.
- Ensure proper working of office equipment’s &their products maintenance
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Maintaining Payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data of Attendance/Leaves (Office & Store staff) in the daily Payroll excel sheet
- Manage of all Security and Logistic matters
- To perform other duties as and when required basis
