Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain HubSpot CRM solutions, including managing custom properties, pipelines, workflows, and lifecycle stages.
- Design and implement automated workflows to enhance sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
- Build and manage integrations between HubSpot and third-party applications using APIs and webhooks.
- Customize HubSpot through custom-coded actions, JavaScript, and other supported development tools.
- Oversee data migration efforts, ensure data quality, and optimize CRM performance.
- Create and refine reports, dashboards, and CRM processes aligned with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain thorough documentation of CRM configurations and development activities.

Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM development and customization.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM features, including workflows, pipelines, and automation tools.
- Proven experience working with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and integrating third-party applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with HubSpot CMS or HubL is preferred.
- Experience in data migration, reporting, and optimizing CRM systems.
