Job Responsibilities:
- Processing orders from website to courier company.
- Talk to customers for their order confirmation.
- Assist the manager and department in related tasks when required
- Must be able to understand English (verbal and written)
- 9 hours a day, 6 days a week
- Must be computer proficient.
- Training will be provided
- Candidates having experience in the field of e-commerce and orders processing/fulfillment will be preferred.
