1. Physical checking and counting of incoming goods against D/ Challan received alongwith material from Head Office or local market.
2. Coding at GRINS after inspection of the items by concerned Sectional Heads.
3. Ensure that the rejected goods are safely returned.
4. Inspection of goods lying in different sections/departments and sub-stores.
5. Keep in touch with purchase department to ensure in time arrival of indented goods.
6. Monthly checking of items to verify physical stock with bin cards.
