We are urgently looking for "Office Assistant / Receptionist" for our Lahore office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and show the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Act as main contact for the front desk, directing incoming calls
- Handle employee attendance sheet, supply orders, conference room scheduling and some facilities management
- Provide key support for day to day operations
- Manage mailing and shipping operations as well as faxing, filing, bill coding and copying for executive staff
- Assist on operations projects as needed and general office support
