We are urgently looking for "Office Assistant / Receptionist" for our Lahore office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and show the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and projects.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Act as main contact for the front desk, directing incoming calls
  • Handle employee attendance sheet, supply orders, conference room scheduling and some facilities management
  • Provide key support for day to day operations
  • Manage mailing and shipping operations as well as faxing, filing, bill coding and copying for executive staff
  • Assist on operations projects as needed and general office support
