Job Description
- Find, sort, or move goods between different parts of the business.
- Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory.
- Check inventory records for accuracy.
- Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location
- Strong in documentation of issues and receipts of material
- Maintain minimum stocks and timely feedback for reordering material
- Daily maintain stock in hand (stock statement)
- Arrange material project location wise with maintaining document.
- Preparing dispatch or subcontractor dispatch document (sales invoice, 4/5a, 214/86) and dispatch material with arranging transport.
- Arranging rejection material dispatch with documentation.
- Weekly cycle count process, Stock Taking and identifying the root causes of variances if any, also looking after Inventory Control, Inventory Planning.
