Key Responsibilities:
8. LHV can visit HHs of CHWs for inquiring about the performance of CHW & has to fill the Monitoring form from 6 house hold, during her supervisory/monitoring visit she will perform antenatal, postnatal checkups, Newborn examination in same neighborhood.

11. Record keeping of children (under 2 years of age) TT vaccination & WRAs.
12. Growth Monitoring of children (under 5 years of age).
13. In case of maternal, neonatal and infant death, She will fill VA tool/questionnaire at deceased house and will submit it to HC .
14. LHV will assist HC in the purchase and expense of medicines.
15. LHV will assist HC in the maintenance of Health Fund.
16. She will assist HC to prepare, Analysis ,correction & submission of MPR regional management
17. Maintenance of field visit reports on specific formats in (English OR in Urdu).
18. In absence of HC, the most Senior LHV will perform the duty of acting health coordinator (A/HC).
19. Carrying out all the assigned annual operation plan based activities in program areas in supervision of HC & Regional Management
20. Any other duty assigned by HC.
Minimum Qualification:
LHV/ Midwife/ nursing diploma from Pakistan Nursing Council. Registered with Pakistan Nursing Council and two years of working experience.
