The Principal is accountable for designing and implementing a strategic School Development Plan aligned with the institution's mission and vision, managing recruitment and appraisal processes, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained learning environment. Managing a dedicated team of 10 staff members, the Principal drives collective efforts to achieve educational excellence and sustainable growth.
This role demands a hands-on approach to budget management, resource procurement, and compliance with school regulations and policies. The Principal leads efforts to maintain comprehensive records and supervise all aspects of school operations, ensuring that the faculty and students thrive within a positive and disciplined educational atmosphere.
