Job Title: Social Organizer
Duty Station: Fatehjang, Jhand, Talagang,

Position:
- HDF has signed an outreach partnership with a private sector micro finance bank to increase farmer’s access to finance.
- Under the partnership, HDF will identify and mobilize farmers/clients for availing financing facility.
- The Social Organizer is responsible to develop and implement sales strategy in his/her respective branch in line with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Situation analysis of house hold localities keeping in view of the economic condition of family.
- Identification of new clients.
- Social appraisals of the clients.
- Competency assessment of prospective clients regarding loan utilization.
- Assist Clients in loan utilization.
- Maintain record of loan disbursement.
- Liaison development of clients with Partner.
- Facilitation for the technical appraisal.
- Achievement of specific lending targets during each month.
- Building a good rapport with clients.
- Assist Area Manager in preparation of periodic reports.
- Constantly examine and develop methods of increasing market penetration introducing financial products.
- Recommending ways to effectively and efficiently provide products and services to our clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirement
Qualification: Intermediate/ Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Experience in Micro finance will be preferred
Skill Set:
- Communication
- Public relation
- Resource mobilization and Monitoring
- Proficiency in local language
