SparkPro Technologies is looking for a motivated Human Resource Executive to join our team on a night shift basis at our Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad location. This full-time position offers a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate will be an organized and people-focused professional with experience in managing HR processes and supporting a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role is essential in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring efficient HR operations during night hours.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and other HR documentation. Respond promptly to employee inquiries and help foster an engaging and positive work environment. Coordinate performance evaluations and assist with employee development initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Oversee employee relations and engagement activities specifically for the night shift workforce. Provide support in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in human resources or administrative roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to interact effectively with employees at all levels. The role demands high organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently during night shifts with flexible hours is necessary. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and familiarity with HRIS or similar HR management systems is a plus. Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information are critical.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in telemarketing or call center environments is preferred, as it supports managing HR functions in similar settings. The salary package ranges from Rs60,000 to Rs100,000 per month, supplemented by performance-based incentives.
