We are looking for a skilled HR Officer to recruit, support and develop talent through policy making and management practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide advice on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting adverts and managing the recruitment process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Create training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary matters and complaints
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in accordance with policy and legal requirements
  • Review terms and conditions of employment to ensure legal compliance
