We are looking for a skilled HR Officer to recruit, support and develop talent through policy making and management practices.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide advice on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting adverts and managing the recruitment process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Create training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary matters and complaints
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in accordance with policy and legal requirements
- Review terms and conditions of employment to ensure legal compliance
