Human Resource Intern Female

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern (female candidates only) who has recently completed a degree in Human Resources and is enthusiastic about starting a career in HR. This internship is designed as a stepping stone toward a permanent position within 60 to 90 days. Ideal candidates are recent graduates ready to begin their professional journey in human resources. Please note that applicants currently enrolled in academic programs will not be considered. The role is based in Islamabad and requires full-time, in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately update company databases by entering new employee records.
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment activities with shortlisted candidates.
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms to attract applicants.
- Assist HR staff with completing employment forms and gather market salary data for benchmarking purposes.
- Support the planning and organization of company events and activities.
- Send job offer letters and rejection notifications promptly to candidates.
- Respond to inquiries related to HR functions, employee benefits, and other human resources matters.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Candidates currently pursuing their degree will not be eligible.
- At least one year of experience working in an office environment.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws applicable to HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience or familiarity with Human Resources Information System (HRIS) software is a plus.
- The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000.
- Working hours are Monday to Thursday, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- The position is located on Westeria Road, near Giga Boutique Mall, DHA Phase 2 Gate 3, GT Road, Islamabad.
- This is an on-site role; remote work options are not available.
