RankTix is seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position is based at Nasheman-e-Iqbal Phase 1, near Wapda Town. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to 50,000. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting various HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding candidates.
- Post job vacancies on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant recruitment sites.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, and conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee attendance, leave records, and employee data management.
- Assist with payroll preparation and address salary-related matters.
- Prepare employment-related documents including offer letters, warning letters, experience letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Address employee queries and handle day-to-day HR issues.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
- Help implement HR policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles such as HR Executive, HR Officer, HR Generalist, or Recruitment.
- Proven experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn and Indeed for talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
