Human Resource Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our growing transportation and trucking company based in DHA Phase 3, Lahore. This full-time role involves working evening and night shifts and offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, employee relations, and overall HR operations to support our dynamic and expanding workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process for various positions including dispatchers, customer service representatives, drivers, and office staff. Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate assessments to ensure the selection of qualified individuals. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with company policies. Manage onboarding procedures, employee orientation, and effectively communicate company policies to new hires. Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee performance to enhance productivity. Address employee concerns and workplace issues with professionalism and confidentiality. Coordinate disciplinary actions when necessary to uphold workplace standards. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals. Assist management with staffing needs and workforce planning to meet operational demands. Foster and maintain a professional and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to engage effectively with both employees and management. Demonstrated experience in recruitment and employee management processes is necessary. A solid understanding of HR practices and employment procedures is expected. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are important for managing multiple priorities independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in trucking, transportation, call center, or U.S. logistics companies is highly desirable. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000, depending on experience.
