Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our expanding transportation and trucking company based in DHA Phase 3, Lahore. This full-time position requires working evening and night shifts. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing the entire recruitment process, employee relations, and HR operations to support our dynamic workforce. We offer a competitive salary package based on experience, with monthly pay ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000. This role requires on-site presence to effectively engage with staff and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing and selecting candidates for various roles such as dispatchers, customer service representatives, drivers, and office staff.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for the company.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Manage onboarding processes, employee orientation, and communicate company policies clearly to new hires.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and overall performance to maintain workforce discipline and productivity.
- Address employee concerns and workplace issues professionally and confidentially, fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Assist management with staffing needs and workforce planning to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Promote and maintain a professional and productive workplace culture.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Proven experience in recruitment and employee management processes.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and procedural compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for documentation and communication purposes.
