Crystal Techify is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team in Gulberg, Lahore. This full-time, onsite position operates during US Eastern Standard Time hours (5 PM to 2 AM), Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in human resources and will play a crucial role in managing daily HR operations to ensure efficient processes and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities
- Administer and enforce HR policies to maintain compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support performance management activities, including appraisals and feedback.
- Manage employee relations by addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and promoting engagement and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR guidelines.
- Contribute to HR reporting and assist in continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in core HR functions including HR management, operations, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, development, implementation, and compliance with relevant labor regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and organizational levels.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR analytics or reporting is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
