Located in Mansehra, this full-time, on-site HR Manager position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000. The role is centered around managing all aspects of human resources within an educational institution that operates under Islamic values. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s goals. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding new employees and conducting regular performance evaluations. Coordinate and facilitate training programs specifically designed for teachers and staff members to enhance their skills and effectiveness. Maintain employee discipline by ensuring accurate time tracking and attendance monitoring. Manage conflict resolution and promote positive employee relations across all departments. Keep HR records up to date, prepare necessary reports, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate closely with the CEO and department heads to support and execute strategic HR initiatives.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field is essential. Candidates must have at least two years of proven experience in HR management, preferably within the education or technology sectors. Demonstrated expertise in managing KPIs, payroll, and familiarity with ERP and HRIS systems is required. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are critical for success in this role. Proficiency with Google Workspace and performance tracking tools is also necessary. The candidate must be able to work full-time on-site in Mansehra.
